This weekend I attempted a V92 upgrade of the firmware for my US robotic modem , model 3cp325610a, and during the flash their was a power glitch. Now I am stuck because the Control Center software, supplied by usr, will no longer detect the modem to finish flashing it. I realize that when the flash process was interrupted that the modem would not be detected anymore by this program. Has anyone ever had this problem and were you able to recover the modem. I know i may need to buy a new one.
