My USR 7900 network Card is installing on Windows 2000 but it has a yellow exclamation mark by it in the device Maneger. I have uninstalled and reinstalled to no avail. I am running Windows 2000 Service Pack 3. I get a message on the properties page for this adapter saying Windows failed to load the installed drivers(code 31).
