URL validation problems? 2

Hi all, I am having problems validating this url (and other similar ones) with the W3C validation service and I haven’t got a clue as to why? The urls are generated automatically with a php script if that matters… Any input appreciated. Hope that is clear. Thx in advance T

You may also have to change the ? to a url encoded character, though I don't think you do.

The ? is fine, it's only the unencoded & that the validator will object to.
