Hi,
I have an issue with URL linking that hopefully someone can help me address. I am using Crystal Reports Server XI to publish seven reports, each with a URL to the 6 other reports.
My method of linking reports works fine. My issue arises when attempting to follow a link to a report that had been previously been opened. So for example I launch Report A, follow a hyperlink to Report B and then from Report B attempt to return to Report A. When following the link on report B to A I get a white window and the report never returns! I know the link works because if I haven't had Report A open to start with, it works fine.
I'm using Crystal Server XI and have attempted to use the Java, Active X and DHTML viewers and I always get the same error. I've tried reducing my cache and page server setting for
Oldest On-Demand Data Given To a Client (in minutes): = 0 and
Viewer Refresh Always Yields Current Data has been set to both true and false on both servers and it doesn't make any difference.
Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks
BP
