URL link in newsitem in Cognos 7.3

Hello,

I try to display an URL link in newsitem details using the instruction of cognos knowledge base document #1002542.

If I change the second instance of the string 'UP.Description' in upfront_inframe.utml (step 2 in the document) nothing happens. Instead I changed the third, but then the URL will be displayed wrong.

The newsitem detail is:

<a href=

http://www.cognos.com>cognos</a>

and displayed:

\cognos\<\/a\>

The URL points to:

http://mywebserver////www.cognos.com/

Has anybody an idea?
