URL fro Personal Addr. Book

I`m using a Service Design tool called Ciplets which is very good however when I apply it to phones it remove the defautl options you have with Call Manger wuch as Mobility, Personal Addr book , Fast Dials etc so I have to move them to URL keys and use up the keys on the handsets however this is wasteful. I can add them to a ciplet but require the URL/path they use any idea?
