Hello,

for a new ticket system, it is desired that incoming calls open a ticket at the same time. The manufacturer assumes that the CM must support so-called "Action URL's".

For example:

<FQDN of Ticket System Server>/cti.pl?Action=<Action>&Src=1234&Dest=5678

This URL would be called on an incoming call from the number 1234 to the internal telephone number (extension) 5678.

Can this be realized with the CM (or the Systems Manager)?

Seems like it can open a URL where you variable 'calling party number' and 'dialed VDN'
