I created a back up Agent One Button Log in service since recently we have had power failures causing the secondary server to claim mastership over the main server. we have a blend of Cisco 7940s and 7941Gs throughout multiple locations. all the 7941s can see the new url service in the services button however the 7940s can not if they have 2 url services associated previously. (the user does not see it and when going to modify button items the new service is not there) I did not find any documentation reflecting a limitation of url services per model phone. Is there a limitation for the 7940s or am I missing something simple? (yes the new service is subscribed to the phones as well as added to the url service)
