I have some data validation comments and these are visible whenever the mouse is moved over a cell. Is there a way to print these comments as I have to print only these comments for about 5 cells which has different comments.

Sorry it is not for excel it is for MSWord. I can print the comments separately but not the comments right on the document.

The only thing I can find is this:


1 On the File menu, click Print.
2 Click Options.
3 Select the Comments check box.

Not sure if this is what you want.
