URGENT - WANT TO CONVERT NUMBER IN WORD FORM

I am using Excel 2003.

I want to convert a value stored in number format to word format.

For Example, i have to convert 1000 to One Thousand, 123 as One Hundred Twenty three.

Is there any functions in Excel 2003 to do this?

I use my own VB routine and convert numbers to names.
