Urgent VPN issue

I am having a problem with a VPN on a CISCO PIX 515E. The tunnel is established but I can not send or recieve any traffic over the VPN. The 24.222.134.222 address is my connectoin. The 200. address is the remote address. I'm not sure what the 203.209 address is. Here are some of the error messages im getting.

Inbound TCP connection denied from 200.81.247.52/1146 to 24.222.203.209/42418 flags SYN on interface outside

Deny inbound protocol 50 src outside:83.100.214.193 dst outside:24.222.134.222

Teardown dynamic UDP translation from inside:10.100.1.102/1048 to outside:24.222.134.222/1177 duration 0:00:30

Any help would be appreciated

You will need to post the config.Also is it site-to-site or easy vpn.
