Hello friends.
I have a Voice Mail PRO, the time and date of the server and the IP Office, have a difference of 1 minute, this is OK.
The IP Office is pointing to Voice Mail PRO, so that from there it takes the time and date.
The hours in the voice mail pro, for working days are defined correctly, also for the night time.
The call flow of the call within the Voice Mail PRO, is defined as follows:
Start: Holidays: OK = Go to Working Hours
False = Go to Night Time
Working Hours: From Monday to Saturday, from 7:30 AM to 19:00
Sunday: from 8:00 AM to 16:00
Night Hours: From Monday to Saturday, from 19:01 to 7:29 AM
Sundays: from 16:01 to 7:29 AM
The serious problem we have is that the night time starts at 18:00 and in the mornings starts at 7:00 AM.
IP Office 500-V2, Ip Office Version: 9.0.8.0 Compilation 990
Voice Mail Pro Client Ver. 10.0 Compilation:469
I urge you to resolve this issue, I thank you for your advice.
Best regards!
