Hello friends.

I have a Voice Mail PRO, the time and date of the server and the IP Office, have a difference of 1 minute, this is OK.
The IP Office is pointing to Voice Mail PRO, so that from there it takes the time and date.

The hours in the voice mail pro, for working days are defined correctly, also for the night time.

The call flow of the call within the Voice Mail PRO, is defined as follows:

Start: Holidays: OK = Go to Working Hours
False = Go to Night Time

Working Hours: From Monday to Saturday, from 7:30 AM to 19:00
Sunday: from 8:00 AM to 16:00

Night Hours: From Monday to Saturday, from 19:01 to 7:29 AM
Sundays: from 16:01 to 7:29 AM

The serious problem we have is that the night time starts at 18:00 and in the mornings starts at 7:00 AM.

IP Office 500-V2, Ip Office Version: 9.0.8.0 Compilation 990
Voice Mail Pro Client Ver. 10.0 Compilation:469

I urge you to resolve this issue, I thank you for your advice.

Best regards!

What's the problem?
Just define what times you are open, otherwise it's closed.

Also your IPO and VM Pro should be on the same release.

We are not a support service, we are a community where fellow techs help each other you will need to resolve your own issue (that does not mean you cant ask for help)

as per janni
you do not need to check for night mode after you have checked for holidays & opening hours - if it is not Holiday & not opening Hours then you must be closed - keep conditions to the minimum & avoid any possible overlap

As to the serious problem of working 07:00 to 18:00 (when I assume this is different to your current time profiles of 07:30 - 19:00) simply change them & save back.

Do things on the cheap & it will cost you dear

A IP Office IP500v2 @ R9.0 MUST have a VM Pro server @ R9.0 and NOT a 10.0 version.
If the VM Pro is @ R9.0 then you MUST use the VMPro client R9.0 and NOT the R10.0 client.

Disaster is eminent as you can experience your self...
