URGENT!! Using CGI Variable PATH_INFO

hello everyone, I need help on using the cgi variable PATH_INFO as I cant get the value in my application. I'm using cold fusion on apache and one of my variable make use of this PATH_INFO variable from cgi but it I cant seem to get the value of PATH_INFO.

can anyone help me with this, please reply me A.S.A.P. thank you.
