URGENT URGENT : recovery of mdf file

I have accidently deleted my mdf file. Is there a quick way of recovering it?

any help will be greatly appreciated.

I assume it is nt in your recycle bin.

If not you are stuck with something like Norton's to recover the file. MDF's are just files.

Other than that you will need to have a backup.
