Urgent! Unable to reboot ... (cfgcon error)

Hi,

I reboot my machine (a LPAR on a P5 with HMC)
and when rebooting, it always enter in the diagnostic mode.

Before enter in this mode, this message appear to the console:

0514-440 cfgcon : failed to create log file, check path name, permissions and available space.

What's wrong? Any help will be appreciate, my machine is down. Thanks.

Where it the LPAR profile set to boot from?
Try booting it into SMS and check that your default boot device is pointing to a hard disk and not something else - like a cdrom.

When it displays that error message is there any specific LED displayed?

Check within the HMC that the lpar is set to boot normal
