URGENT: Unable to Attach to Remote Process

I have an ASP.Net application running on a remote server. When I try to attach to the process I get the following error message:

"Unable to attach to the process. Access is denied."

I checked the remote machine and my ID is included in the Debugger user group. What am i missing?
