I am trying to simulate clustered environment by having 2 Websphere, which are running the same code, to be connected to the same DB2 (same database and same tables as well).
Note: I don't have any Network Dispatcher yet, just 2 Websphere, connected to the same DB2.
Whenever the 2 Websphere machines are running, I have problem when trying to insert a BLOB object to a table.
The exception I got is:
[IBM][CLI Driver][DB2/6000] SQL0301N The value of a host variable in the EXECUTE or OPEN statement cannot be used because of its data type.
I don't have this problem if only 1 Websphere is running.
I am not sure whether the problem is in the insertion of the BLOB object.
FYI, I am using DB2 7.2 with Fix Pack 5 and Websphere 4.3
