I have an SMC Barricade Turbo Wireless Router, model SMC2404WBR.
I have 3 computers networked on it, my IBM NetVista A30P (MDL 8311-A1U) desktop with Windows XP Home, connected to the router via CAT5, an IBM ThinkPad R series (I think R31) laptop with built-in wireless LAN with WinXP Pro, and my brothers IBM NetVista A series desktop (6276-5DU I think) downstairs connected via a D-Link DWL-520+ Wireless PCI card, with WinME.
I have 128-bit WEP security on the router.
The problem is, when I setup the wireless computers, enter the WEP key (I use 2 keys, one for each computer), etc, the computers show they are connected to the network, but cannot ping 192.168.2.1 (result shows Request Timed Out) or use the internet...
They used to work before...I think they stopped after upgrading my router firmware, but I can't remember exactly if it was before or after the upgrade...
What could be wrong???????
