Urgent Request for BCM Document!

Hi Everyone, I deparately need a copy of the bulletin that Nortel in regards to the bad capacitors on the man board of the BCM 200's and 400's, and the replacement.

My client is getting hosed by his last vendor, who didn't replace it under recall, and refuses to pay for the new board, even though it blew during the recall period.
