Urgent question , hot to get a simple dinamic graphic in CR

Is possible to get a graphic with crystall Reports with the next format...


Having as a data
RECORDS
date submitted february march aphril
identifier 1 2 3 state opened closed opened


the graphic should show the next

in the x Axis dates from 1 month of the year to the last
and for any point in the x Axis : to summarize the number of records which date is > than date submited ?


so column 1 would have value 3 due that number of bugs since february is 3
and so column 2 would have 2
and column 3 1

so the graphic would be so
