Hey all
I'm not sure if ActiveX is the way to go, or if programming a web service in the .net framework is what i want to do, but here is the problem.
Im looking to create a program similar to LivePerson and HumanClick. The difference, is that I want to be able to initate the chat with the visiting client browser. I already have the ability to view all current sessions for my website, but what i need is something that will keep a "connection" open to where i can click a button and have a chat window pop up on the client end. Any ideas? Thanks.
