urgent pls help - inventory4 and oracle806

i have a problem with oracle 806 and inventory. tec is running on my oracle db fine.
Then i want to install mdist2 it also works. After this i want to install inventory4.
The first script inv_ora_admin.sql run as oracle user: system password: manager
This should install a user invtiv with password tivoli. I dont get an error message.
When i investigate the logfile( inv_ora_admin.log i can see in the protocoll

ora-00604 Fehler auf rekursiver Ebene 1
ora-01801 Datumsformat zu lang für internen Puffer
....
When i finished sql plus and want to start sql plus with the user invtiv and password
tivoli i get this error when opening sqlplus:
ora -01017 invalid username/password; logon denied
....
it seems to me that the user invtiv is not created, why?
is there an error in the script: inv_ora_schema.sql ? What sense has the errormessage in the logfile of the first inv_ora_admin.sql script? Who has done this installation with oracle and inventory. Can you give me some tips how to solve this problem?
My tmr server is win2k and everything (also tec ) is installed on this machine.
