urgent !! please help

i get "telnetd: All network ports in use.
Your telnet connection has been terminated"
message on my Tru64unix machine.

Any suggestion please?

hi i found the result .
The way to fix this problem is create pty devices by MAKEDEV.I have created 101 device and it says "101 pseudoterminal devices maximum" .Anybody know how to make new devices after 101.I need to create 100 device more.

i will answer again.If you want to be enable for more telnet users on your system you need to change a paramter ;
pts:
nptys = can be max 8192

And you need to restart unix to make running new parameter .
