Urgent! Please Help! ntoskrnl.exe when click "Computer Management"

Hi. I'm desperate to get some help now. When I press "Computer Managemet," a blue screen appears and diplaying following messages(Abstract from the whole message):
STOP 0x00000050....
Page_fault_in_nonpaged_area
Address 8048F867 at 80400000
DateStamp 45069e6e-ntoskrnl.exe

If I boot the system in Safe Mode, I can open "Computer Management." There are bunch of errors in Application, but I have to fix this within a couple hours.

Can someone help please?

And it takes LONG time to boot. Really long time.
