urgent Please help.... Drill-down facility

Hi,

We are preparing some Crystal Reports and need some help.

We have a report which has groups Country, Customer and Items
We have some parameters which specifies the range of Items to be considered.
We want a report which first gives us the sales figures for all the countries.
Then clicking on a particular country we want the sales figures for that particular customer.
Then clicking on a particular customer we want the sales figures for Items.

Can this type of drill-down be done through Crystal Reports 8.5?

Sure!

In design mode, right click on one of the group sections (far left) and pick Format section. Then mark each section you want to drill down on as HIde (drill down OK)

Then, when you preview the report, you would be able to click your mouse (it turns into a magnifying glass icon) and drill down on that section.
