URGENT, password recovery

Hi, how do I password recover a micom 20k? We need to because everytime there is a power goes off, we need to manually add all the routes back again. Problem is, we couldnt save the settings. Or is there another way we can save the configuration without knowing the password?

Does the 20K have a battery on the mother board to hold configuration? Does it have a UPS on it?
