URGENT-No Power-Hardware failure 1

I'm getting no power, no lights on my IP500 Office main phone switch.

Would someone be willing to help?
Any ideas would be appreciated.

There are 2 lights in the back: CPU and C/F.
Both of them do NOT light up.

I took the cover off.
The light on the power supply is not on, either.

I checked the fuse on the power supply and it is good.

Does anyone have any suggestions on what the problem might be?
I assume it's a hardware failure.

I unplugged it, to plug in a newer UPS battery backup and it didn't come back on.

Any thoughts on what I can do to fix it would be much appreciated.

Power supply in IP500 is toast. Replace PS or unit.

Can you buy the IPO power supply separately? or do you have to wait for another customer to brick their system?

Neither, you swap the chassis out with one of your maintenance spares
