URGENT need to unrestore DB

I accidently restored a day old backup onto the my live DB. How can I undo this ASAP???

There isn't any 'undo'. Since you restored over the database, you can't do a transaction log backup, so the best you can do is restore your latest backup(s). No matter what, you've lost data.
