We have registered alot of domains to the same website incase of missspelling, or bad memory. Example:

Main Address:

Other domains we registered looks like:

etc etc..

When I submitted the main domain to google and yahoo, all the others were picked up, and started appearing at the search engine, and teh rank of google I guess is being devided instead of adding to one addess.

As a temporary solution, I created an HTML redirect to the main domain using IIS. But this doesn't seem to me to be the correct approach, specially if I want google to higher rank us.

Please Advice.
Thank You

Confusing title.

the correct way is to use a permanent redirect from the aliased sites to the main site.

Assuming you have access to IIS via the MMC set up two sites, one for the main hostname and one for all the alias names then redirect that site

If you have existing pages indexed and you can run asp code on the pages there is a way it can be done with only one site but it's a little more complicated.
