Hi experts!

I have an urgent problem which I am unable to resolve. Can anybody help me?
There is a semicolon delimited file which I am trying to import into Access 2007. However import was not successful for the only column with data type is DATE/TIME. I was able to see the content during import process….It looked like 2010-06-21 00:00:00.

I imported as I normally do: just change data type date/time (in "Advanced") to text type. All fields were imported except this one. Error table showed all records under the column.

Actually I tried the same process with last month’s files which were identicall and were imported successfully in the past. Now the import with them failed too for this particular field. It makes me think that it is not a data issue. Probably Access 2007 setting were somewhat changed….What do you think?

What would you recommend?
Any ideas would greatly appreciated.

Katrin

In Access options under Current Database make sure that "Track Name Autocorrect" is not checked.

Under Advanced | General check the setting for "Use 4 Digit Year Format".
