URGENT MAIL HELP NEEDED

Our mail server has stopped forwarding email today. I have no Idea why. This is killing us, we forward mail to procmail for virus detection. If anyone has any idea that would be great.

At a guess, try checking whether DNS is working? Try nslookup 192.103.86.183 for example; it should return the host name belonging to that IP address.
