urgent.. lost text with hp5500

I have already plotted a large number of PDF files on an HP Designjet 800 with no problem. Now I am sending the same files to an HP5500 and the text is not printing.

What fonts have you used? PC or Mac? Sounds like you have printer fonts available on the 800 but not the 5500 that have been used but not embedded in the PDFs.
