urgent ! local host works in URL but not IP.

i saw a strange problem.

my website hosted on iplanet has a URL like
http:\\203.283.134.53:82\Application\login.jsp
note: \ is slash.
it was working fine.

i installed weblogic on the same machine for some other purpose. now i have un installed web logic. but now
http:\\203.283.134.53:81\Application\login.jsp doesnt work says page cant be displayed.

only local host works instead of IP.
This works.
http:\\localhost:81\Application\login.jsp
so i am not able to access the site over the network.

Does anyone has any idea what does weblogic change on a windows machine that IP in URL stops working.

Its very urgent.
