!!!URGENT!!!How Do I Make A Movie Play Only Once On A Web Page?

I made this movie, but i need to know how to make the movie play once on a web page. I used the help on the flash program, it said to use the instance panel but when I got there the instance panel was disabled( u know when it's grey ). So I need YOUR help! please reply as soon as possible!

Several ways to achieve this...

Double-click the last frame of your movie, and add a stop() action.
It should really be done using an actions' layer, but will work if you add to the last frame of your longest layer in your movie.
If you use Publish, also uncheck the loop box under the html tab.
While testing your movie, also make sure Loop Playback is not checked!
