Urgent Help ! Set a Time Server

Is anyone know how to set a Time Server in win2k Server?

I've tried the method in using NET TIME command with the Scheduler. It is work porperly! The disadv. is it needed to logon and locked the machine manually after reboot Server everytime. Finally, I want to run it as a service in win2k Server.

Set up your server with the correct time, then go into DHCP server options and tick the option that saids "Time Server" and type in the name of the time server and click resolve. Click add and boot your machines up.

In addition, how to sync. the the Time Server with an external time source without using NET TIME command?
