urgent help rerd.. formatting cells 1

Dear All,

need help in formatting the cells in excel..
My problem is as below,

I have to merge 3 cells in one.. i can do that easily using concatenate.. but the problem is in of the clels there is value 0012 but after merging the cells it comes as 12 not 0012.. its a telephone number like 6265350012. but aftre merging it comes as 62653512.. i wa nt result as to be 6265350012. i have tried all the possible cell formatting like text n special unfortunatly cudnt work.

I have thousanda of cells to be merged..
Please help

use the TEXT formula
e.g.
=A2 & TEXT(B2,"0000") & C2

and please don't bother using 'urgent' in your thread title. If anything, it is more likely to put people off answering rather than answering more quickly
