Urgent help required with decimal

I need help with the following :

1) I've a calculation field Average gift. No matter what I do in the format, I'm not able to get to print the decimals for the Average gift. For example Average gift on the line items needs to contain decimals (i.e $12.50 is the avg. gift for 2 gifts totaling $25 rather than $12 being the average).

I set the format for Average gift as $#,###.#0. This is isn't working. Could you help me with this ? The datatype is money. So it should work to give the decimals.

2) Also I have subtotals need to be listed across from the field ABCD# when the report is rolled up. At present there is a gap in the body between the ABCD# field and the sub -totals. How can I reduce the space betwen the sub-totals and the selected field.

Need to remove blank spaces when the report is rolled up.

dunno what you think the format $#,###.#0. is doing but try:

$#,###0.00
