I want to do the following in a prompt:

Say,I am creating a prompt on year.My year has values like '1999','2000' etc.Now I want that in the prompt window there will be one extra item called 'Select ALL' which,if the user clicks on it, will basically select all the years.

I know that I can ask my users to press shift key (and select the first and last element) but I want to make this simple by introducing an additional element called 'Select ALL'.I habe done this in other OLAP tools so I believe it could be done here as well.

Thanks in advance for your help.

you can make it really simple by training the user that no selections = ALL.

Alternatively as the Web product uses XSL to display the prompt, for a prompt you can edit the xsl and change the default display of 'None' to 'All'.

I will just change the prompt desc /instruction from "choose ..." to "choose ...(skip will select ALL)"
