URGENT HELP PLEASE changing links in PDF pages

I have a set of 50+ pages that are all put together as on document. On each of the pages there are one or more links that go to different URL's.

I want to be able to leave the URL's as is, and simply add the following to the URL

target="_blank"

I was told Javascript would work? Anyone????
