OK I am trying to setup a VPN to my corporate 3030 Cisco Consontrator with a Pix 501.
What I need to do is either have the concontrator assigned the dhcp address to all the machines connected to the pix or have the pix hand out the addresses. Currently the Pix hands out the addresses but the problem im having is I need the same IP address assigned to the workstation attached to the PIX talkin to the concontrator. In other works the concentrator needs to see the original workstation address not the NATED address. How can I set this up?
The reason for this is the software that runs on the workstation need to maintain the same address from sourse to destination and from destination back to source.
If the workstation is assigned 10.2.1.2 and sends a packet trought the PIX to the 3030 consontrator to the destination server of 10.2.1.100 then 10.2.1.100 has to send the responce back to the original address of 10.2.1.2.
Any example, suggestions would be helpful this is really stressing me out.
