I am at my wits end, have screwed things somehow. brief history, I recently added a new server, finally got it working could access and replicate, etc. I inadvertenly deleted a configuraton document, server started to act up so removed it and started from scratch. In the mean time my primary server was working fine, I also moved it off a relay server for internet mail and all seemed well (so I thought) sometime today I find that no one can send or receive internet mail. I get messages like "Router message ##### rejected for policy reasons
Router Policy reason: Router: CN=name/O=domain is restricted from sending mail through server name/domain.
I have not that I am aware of set any policies. Have gone through documents over and over, see no restrictions on sending mail. There has to be something I am missing, could be that I am to close to the problem to see it. Any help greatly appreciated.

Do you have a configuration Doc?
(In NAB) Server/Configurations
Check the Router Restrictions..
also
check what routing taskes you have enabled in the server Doc

As you state you remove your server from your Internet relay, Did you put it back? Is your primary server your SMPT? if not, check if the SMPT you route too has not changed policies or your primary server IP had not changed

Check your server configuration documents under SMTP Inbound controll, inbound relay controls under Allow Messages from... Make sure that you are allowing the relay.
