URGENT ! Get help on 2 Exchange.

Dear all,

I have a Master Exchange 2000 server and a Secondary Exchange 2000 Server. I have one mailbox which located at the secondary email server but he only can sent the email but he cannot receive any email. Suppose all the send/receive email will must be go through the Master Exchange first..

Any one has the hints ?????

Also, I try to ping the secondary exchange from primary exchange, it return the true IP for the secondary exchange ?!!! So strange... It should return the virtual IP since both located at the same LAN....

URGENT !!!!! Pls help...
