Hi,
I'm running a Domino server R5.06a on NT4
I want to host the mailboxes (with extended mail design) on IIS 4.0
(running on the same server)
I've set up the virtual directories 'icons' and 'domjava',
& I configured the isapi filter & isapi extension.
(The mailboxe .nsf files are in the root of the website...
I tried putting them in a virtual directory called mail, but it
doesn't work either...)
(I followed the steps in the Domino Administration Help)
(I rebooted the server several times...)
When I try to open a mailbox, I get HTTP 500 internal server error... (on IE5... when I try to do the same on a IE4 browser, I get 'The handle is invalid'
I configured it on a Win2K Server as well (I followed the steps from
notes.net (there are some minor differences in configuring the ISAPI
extension between IIS4 and IIS5), and it works great
I also noticed this : On the Win2K server, in the IIS5 properties
(Home directory tab), there is an option called 'Application
Protection'... When I set this to Low (IIS process), then it works on
IIS5. I can't find the same option under NT4 IIS4...
Or is this option obsolete in configuring the site ?
Any ideas ??
