URGENT: Cognos PowerPrompts setup

I would like to set up Cognos PowerPrompts to work with my Tomcat Apache 1.2.1a web server (localhost)

when I click "Run" in the application it would try to open a web page:

     "[URL unfurl="true"]http://localhost/Cognos/PowerPrompts/launch.htm"[/URL]

When I copied "PowerPrompts" folder from Cognos folder to my Apache Site folder - the page would be forwarded to:

     "[URL unfurl="true"]http://localhost/Cognos/cgi-bin/xxxapp.exe"[/URL]

When I copied those files into my Apache Site folder it would say:

     Method Not Allowed
     The requested method POST is not allowed for the URL /Cognos/cgi-bin/xxxapp.exe.

How would I set up PowerPrompts to work with my web server?
