Urgent cant get my last extn to hunt to unity 4.3 ....

Hi Here is my first post so be kind.
1.
Ok I am working on call manager rel 5.1 which has a unity server attached to it rel 4.3.
I have set up a hunt pilot number 6861 with one extn in it 6189 (it has extn mobility)and is logged in with its own extn vm for the user.
I ring the pilot and it then rings the extn however after the timer it then needs to go to a vm for the hunt pilot (6861) with an indication on 6189 that there is a message left ..ie light the light.
Any help with settings would be grreeaaat...

Ok next...

I need to change the settings on the incoming messages that are used on unity to handler the DDI calls into the office so at the moment it goes along the lines of a welcome message then:
"hit 9 for the extn if you know it"
"hit 0 for reception"
What it needs to do is "hit 1 for arts" then the call needs to go to pilot YES you Guessed it 6861....
I have limited knowledge on unity however it must be a matter of changing the settings on the existing message somewhere which I cant find....Help please...
