URGENT!!!can not load sqresus.dll 1

hello guys,
i am using oracle 8.1 and iplanet as my web server. when i try to load the jsp it gives an error saying can not load sqresus.dll.
can any body help me..

From what I see in Metalink, there are two likely causes for this problem.

1. Net8 is not installed on the client machine.

2. The system path is incorrect. One possible reason is that after installation the machine needs to be rebooted in order for a change in the path to take effect.
