Hello, urgent request here. We have a circuit with a carrier that has an issue but does a load balancing thing between our sites. Is there a way we could tell the SBC to no accept new calls, that might get our traffic to only flow to our working location (Location "A") so we can then reboot that router at Location "B" that the carrier says has an issue and needs to be power cycled? We have too many calls on the bad location "B" right now to just pull the plug.

Thanks so much for your time.

If you're on Aura with Session Manager, yea, just go to the entity links in System Manager. You can deny new service on them - so it lets whatever finish finish but doesn't let anything new come in.

You'd just want to deny service on any entity link from any SM to the inside SBC interface you want to refuse calls on.

Thanks kyle555- Will that take care of inbound and outbound? Sorry I am a newbie to SBC's/ Session Mgrs. Thank YOU so much.

Yup. it's the equivalent of camp-on busyout trunk in CM - let calls finish, don't let new calls go over it
