urgent:apache 2.0.54 and php 4.4.0 ..installation problem

hi all

my local machine has php 5.0.1 and apache 2.0.50.

my server has php 4.4.0 and apache 2.0.54

i would like to change to my server requirements.
will there be any problem in this combination of version.ie(apache 2.0.54 and php 4.4.0).

there shouldn't be any problem except u use php5-specific commands in your code. just install php4 locally, it works with apache 2 anyways, and try if your code reacts as it should.
