Urgent - Administrator Locked

please help.

administrator user locked, bcoz i entered wrong password 3 times.

Access Manager 7.1 using Sun on LDAP server on Win2K


please.... urgent.

You don't have any other users that are in the Root user class? If not, you should be calling Cognos Support as they may be able to help you out. Otherwise, I should be able to do it for you, but we this conversation should be taken off lien as it deals with your security. If you go the Support route and the issue is not proceeding, put your email address in your next reply and I will contact you.
