Urgency Please 16 bit Apps

It looks like my 16bit apps are failing, and I have no idea how to fix!

I think its the WOW.exe , my pkzip wont run in the backup scripts any more, my antivirus netshield will not run and our 16bit Database will not run, this only affects clients and the server running windows 2000?

Please could someone help? it all started for no reason on Monday morning? Windows 2000 server running AD

Sounds a bit like a virus. Check youe vent viewer for errors, and see if you can run a system scan for viruses. You may have to do a scan before start up.

I have done a complete scan and nothing was found, it has also replicated the problem to windows 2000 desktops, not Xp pro though.

Any other ideas?
